About Zuzana
Hi, my name is Zuzana Malkova, and I am a yoga, meditation and movement teacher based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
I have been practising yoga and meditation for over 13 years. My journey began with Bikram yoga before expanding into other styles and eventually completing a 400+ hour teacher training with Qi Yoga.
Since then I have been sharing yoga across studios, health and fitness clubs, and running my own classes around the Northern Beaches. Over time, my teaching has evolved into a more integrated approach that blends traditional yoga with modern fascial movement techniques.

The Zuzi Method
Through years of practice and teaching yoga, I began exploring how the body stores tension and how movement can support both physical and emotional balance.
This led me to train with Human Garage, where I completed an intensive year-long training in Fascial Maneuvers — a system designed to help release stored tension in the body, restore natural movement patterns and support nervous system regulation.
By integrating this work with the foundations of yoga and breath awareness, I developed what I now call The Zuzi Method — a structured yet accessible approach to movement that combines:
• Yoga
• Fascial movement techniques
• Breath awareness
• Nervous system regulation
The intention is simple:
help people move better, feel better, and reconnect with
their bodies.
Why I Teach
Yoga and meditation have always been my most reliable tools for maintaining balance in both mind and body.
No matter what has been happening in my life, these practices allow me to return to myself — to reconnect with my breath, my body and the present moment.
There are many things I love about yoga and meditation, but if I had to simplify it, there are three life-changing gifts these practices have given me.
Presence
Learning how to be fully present.
Not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future — but learning to be here now. Because it is in the present moment where life actually happens.
Love & Connection
Yoga teaches connection — with yourself, with others and with the world around you.
It reminds us to approach life with compassion, awareness and the courage to choose love over fear.
Mindfulness
Through mindfulness we learn to observe rather than react.
To notice our thoughts, feelings and patterns — and gradually choose the responses that serve us and those around us.
Yoga Is For Everyone
One of the most beautiful things about yoga and movement is that it is truly accessible to everyone. It doesn’t matter:
• how old you are
• how flexible you are
• how strong you are
There is always a way to begin.
My intention is to create a welcoming space where people can explore movement at their own pace and develop a deeper relationship with their body.
I truly hope we can meet in person and share this practice together.
